We went to 2 of thre competition and we're told they could not get us in. They looked just as busy and squeezed us in . Tom Kjos the assistant manager took our tire back and was working on it in between phone calls and other people. Everyone we talked was very friendly.

I had a new rim and tire that I bought from a different place put on my sisters Chevy Cobalt Car here and Goodyear got me in without an appointment I waited two hours since they were really busy but they got it done and did a great job I highly recommend Goodyear to anyone.

Schumacher does excellent work. I call them day of and even if they are busy they always sneak me in.

They got right to my car, in and out in half an hour. They have my vote!

i was in Fargo to help my son move, i live 5 hours away. A light came on as I pulled in to town so we stopped at Schumacher's. They were swamped but took the time to inspect my vehicle. They found time to get my vehicle in so i could get back home safely. Jason showed me the worn parts when the vehicle was in the air, showed me why this part should be replaced, and why this part could wait until i got home. I was very impressed by this group. I saw them come out and sit and explain to other customers as well. I felt i could trust them, and was confident in the work they did. Thanks again Jason!

I have owned 5 vehicles in my lifetime, tried about 10 different service/repair shops, but have yet to come across a place as straightforward, ethical, fair, and even "beyond the call," as this place is.

While nowadays auto repair is costly almost everywhere in the U.S. - and Schumacher seems little different in that regard - my experiences are that of accommodation (as to date/time), good explanation of repairs needed, decent turnaround times with no subsequent problems with the work, and get this:

*I tried to convince a service manager (one time) that I needed new tires; but he (they) had looked at them, and talked me out of it (I believe they were correct, in much traveled hindsight)

*I went in for an oil change - and had been experiencing a "rapid" power steering leak for many months, but didn't say a word about it - and they, without charging me extra, seemed to have greatly remediated that

*If it actually matters to you, they are - or seem to be - really decent dudes

So, the only reason I didn't score them "perfect" is due to prices (but I'm not "blaming" them, either).

The store manager was very helpful with replacing my flat tire. I was able to order a new one myself and lot of places around will not put on a used tire. Very friendly and helped me greatly when I was in a difficult spot.

Great, practical service at fair prices.

They make sure I'm satisfied with their work, they are very honest.

Friendly, punctual, and not just out for more money.

I never take my vehicle anywhere else. Tom and Jason and the other staff are always polite, and I have never felt that they have tried to upsell me or overcharge me. They always consult with me before they do work that will incur additional costs.

I took my Windstar in to Schumacher Goodyear to have the passenger side mirror replaced. I provided the mirror; they just needed to install it. After installing the mirror they reported to me that the power switch to adjust both mirrors

Went in for routine oil change, had an unexpected repair, but Tom from Goodyear showed me great honest respectful customer service and saved the day. Even showed me the old/bad part without my asking.

THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT ME IN RIGHT AWAY AND EVEN THO I HAVE TO DRIVE AN HOUR ITS WORTH IT!!

Been going to this schumacher for about 3 years now. They're always courteous honest and very reliable . Have not had a bad experience once. If you wait there there's wifi. if you need to leave the car there they give you courtesy rides. If I could give them seven stars I would!

Hands down the best, most courteous and honest people I've met. I've been to other car shop when people told me okay your car needs this fixed that replaced. Then I take it to Schumacher on 13th Ave for 2nd opinion and get a way lower quote. I told them at Schumacher but what about this and this that the other shop said was in bad shape? People in Schumacher told me they look find only 1 small problem need to be fixed. It was a year ago and indeed fixing that one problem was just fine.

There were also times (twice) when I have my car towed to Schumachers and suddenly my car came back to life and people at Schumachers couldn't find what's wrong but suggest me to leave the car with them for one extra day so they can try the car during different time of the day to see if the coldness of the night had anything to do with the malfunction. They can't find what's wrong and car is running fine so give the car back to me and didn't charge even one cent! They could have easily made up a story how they fix my car, and I would have just paid and be happy car is working now and never know the difference... but no, they never scam me.

Another time when my car acted up again they ran extensive test on it and charge me small amount for the diagnostic, which is totally fine, and the charge was $25-$30? While another car shop at downtown (close to main library) charged me $60-$70 just for diagnostic that they didn't spent much time on.

Anyway I don't think I'd ever go wrong with Schumacher Goodyear. Great job! Honest and reliable people!
